Music Video

'R.E.M.' by Fifth Period Science Class

The visual fx for this music video were captured in-camera using liquid light photography. This technique was made popular during live concerts in the 1960s and 1970s. Layers of flat glass bowls separate colored inks for a psychedelic presentation.

The liquid light visuals were key in answering the question “what would a painter’s dream look like?”
