Adam Badlotto

Filmmaker and Visual Artist Adam Badlotto has been featured on MTV, Ovation TV, PBS Reel 13, Ain’t It Cool News and Alt Press. His films have screened at dozens of film festivals and art galleries worldwide, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Sight and sound are equally important in his work as he attempts to marry the two with texture, color, tone and other common elements.He employs experimental techniques such as flatbed scanner animations and microscopes/macro lenses to transform ordinary objects into intricate compositions and unique abstractions.

In 2022, CineLife and Spot Entertainment distributed his short film “Free Fall with John and Yoko” across 200+ theaters nationwide. His short film “Only in Dreams” aired on Ovation TV, whom referred to it as “an experiment for the senses” and “truly captivating”.

In addition to his personal artwork and short films, he specializes in creating music videos and live performance videos. He films for and manages a YouTube channel for the LA based experimental concert series LateBreakfast. He also writes and performs original music under the name Badlotto and has a debut visual album releasing shortly.
