'Sunrise with Earth' feat. Rob Crow
Rob Crow of the band Pinback collaborated with bandmate and composer Chris Fulford-Brown and director Adam Badlotto to create “Sunrise with Earth”.
The film originally screened in the Heikoff Giant Dome Theater at the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center in San Diego, California. It was specifically shot and edited to fit the 360 degree dome screen, resulting in an immersive cinematic experience. It would later debut online on Ain’t It Cool News.
Dozens of layers of footage were blended together to create intricate patterns of diverse color and texture. Although it may appear so, none of the imagery was created using CGI.
