Tides of Change
Flower petals were taped to 16mm film. Each petal was meticulously arranged according to the vibrancy of its color, resulting in a visual crescendo.
The sound was created by running the film through an optical audio decoder in addition to guitar pedals. This allows the audience to literally hear the flower petals.
