'Whole and Home' Animated Music Video (WIP)

This is a work in progress for an animated music video for my single, ‘Whole and Home’.

First, I video-recorded myself performing the choreography for the character. This was used as a reference when animating a 3D model.

I then hand-rotoscoped the 3D model frame-by-frame to convert it to a 2D animation.

Finally, the animation was composited with layers of abstract macro footage I filmed using various liquids, inks and substances. All of the colors and textures were created in-camera.
